After 8 years of not using soap or shampoo besides washing hands, I have never looked back and I certainly don’t miss going down the soap aisle trying to find the most good for me and therefore most expensive soap or shampoo. If you stop using soap and shampoo you will save a ton of money, look better, smell better in all kinds of places, be more healthy and plus planet earth will also be thanking you.
During my prior regular use of shampoo, I noticed that if I refrained from using it for more than a week, the lather produced when I eventually washed my hair would appear unclean. Evidently, this was due to the accumulation of oils. However, now I only shampoo my hair two or three times per year, and I no longer experience the issue of unsightly suds even after months of not using shampoo. Although, on occasion, I do find it necessary to use shampoo when engaging in particularly grubby tasks, such as cleaning the central heating boiler.

Oh, one thing I just noticed while writing this article, is that since I have been soap-less, I’ve never had smelly feet and that groin smell was a thing of the past. My brother finally admitted that one of my ideas was really great. After stopping shampoo his dry rash on his head vanished and never returned. I was also suffering from a chronic itchy ear, which was driving me nuts. That is also at thing of the past. It must have been the shampoo entering my ear canal and disturbing the natural balance.
Of course the corporates don’t want any of this, as after making your skin dry, they want to offer your a remedy in the form of moisturizers. So stop using soap and shampoo and give it to them.
